Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Company" means Border Parcel Motel, a UK registered company.
"Customer" means any individual or organization that uses the Company's services to pick up parcels.
"Parcel" means any package or item that is delivered to the Company for collection or forward posting.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Company's services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Service Description
The Company provides a parcel pickup service to Customers. The Company will store parcels sent by the Customer and will provide forward posting if required.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer is responsible for the following:
Ensuring that the Parcel is properly packaged and labelled.
Providing the Company with accurate information about the Parcel, including the name on the parcel and any special instructions.
Being available to pick up the parcel from the Company’s office location.
Paying all applicable fees and charges.
5. Company Obligations
The Company is responsible for the following:
Storing the Customers parcel in the Company’s secure location.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Company's liability for any loss or damage to a Parcel is limited to the value of the Parcel, as declared by the Customer. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
8. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer with respect to the Company's parcel pickup service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both the Company and the Customer.
11. Notices
All notices and other communications under these terms and conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

12. Headings
The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
13. Counterparts
These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
14. Prohibited items:
Banned and restricted items are prohibited from being delivered to the Company, such as controlled drugs, weapons, indecent material.
15. Time
Time is of the essence in these terms and conditions. All parcels must be collected within 30 days and if possible within 7 days during November and December. All parcels exceeding this may have an additional holding charge.
All parcels not collected within 3 months shall be donated to a charity.
